1️⃣ What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes from XS to 2XL. Please check our size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
2️⃣ Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. However, if you need a different size, you can request a one-time size exchange within 4 days of receiving your order, as long as the shirt is unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
3️⃣ How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. We’ll keep you updated by email with tracking information.
4️⃣ What if I entered the wrong address?
If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, we may not be able to change your address. If your order gets returned to us because of an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover re-shipping charges.
5️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within India. Stay tuned — we hope to expand soon!
6️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.

8️⃣ How do I care for my Bear Up shirt?
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Do not bleach
- Iron on low
- Avoid wringing to preserve embroidery
- Hang dry for best results
